Where can I register my return?
You can easily register your return via our return page: endu.returnless.com.
Here you enter your order number and email address, after which you will immediately receive a return label and further instructions.
Are returns free of charge?
No, returns are not free of charge. The shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
The items must be unworn and unwashed, in sellable condition, and with the original labels still attached.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after your order. This is a code of five digits. Did you not receive this email properly? Then contact our customer service; we are happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, a product can be damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Send a message to info@enduclo.com with a photo of the problem. Our customer service will help you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Make sure your return is delivered to us within the 14-day period. Contact our customer service for the options.
How long does it take to get my money back?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receipt in our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 working days. Through the track & trace code of your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived with us. From that moment, the 10 working day period begins. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 7 days after that before the amount appears in your account.
