Are returns free?
No, returns are not free. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the return conditions?
Our returns policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in saleable condition and with original tags still attached.
ENDU also accepts returns of items purchased during a sale. Items from the sale can be exchanged for another product, a voucher or the purchase price.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate when registering your return that you want to exchange a product, we will start this process immediately. This means that your exchange will be processed within a few days.
What if the product I want to exchange is no longer in stock?
Please contact our customer service for the possibilities. We will keep you informed when the product is available again. If you have already sent your return and the product is no longer in stock, we will contact you to find a solution together.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after your order. This is a five-digit code. Did you not receive this email correctly? Please contact our customer service, we will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, a product can get damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to solve this for you. Send a message to enduclo.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the problem. Our customer service will help you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Make sure your return is delivered to us within 30 days. If this is not possible, we offer the possibility to exchange your product or receive a credit note. Contact our customer service for the options.
How long does it take to get my money back?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receipt in our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived with us via the track & trace code of your return. The 10 working day period starts from that moment. As soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it can then take up to 3 days before the amount is in your account.
