Thank you for your purchase from ENDU. We hope you're happy with your order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Period

• You have 14 days after delivery to return your purchase without giving a reason.
• Please ensure the return package is returned to us within this period.

Return Policy

• Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. Want a different size/color? Return your order and place a new one.

Refund Options

• Gift Card (+10% Bonus): Get your refund faster and with an extra 10% store credit. Processing within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method typically take 7 business days after your return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items outside the 14-day return period.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
• Products without tags or original condition.
  Any item that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

• We are not responsible for any customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returns.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must always retain proof of shipment with tracking.
• Without proof of shipment, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or defective items?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at info@enduclo.comfor assistance.

Processing time

• After we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
• You can track your package's arrival via your track & trace—the 10 business days begin from that moment.
• You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
