Can I change my order to a smaller/larger size?
Once an order is placed, we usually cannot change it due to our fast processing system.
However, if you see that no Track & Trace is available yet when checking your order, you can contact us for a possible change. Contact us by email and include your order number along with your request (e.g., size adjustment), and we will check it for you.
If a Track & Trace has already been generated, it means the package has been shipped or handed over to the courier, and changes are no longer possible. In that case, you can return the item and place a new order. In some cases, we may consider an exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, and with attached labels).
