If your package is marked as delivered, we kindly ask you to do the following:

Check your mailbox.
Ask your neighbors or housemates.
Look around your home (porch, hallway, or another safe place).
Check a nearby delivery or pickup point.
Check if your address details are entered correctly.

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us. We will assist you and, if necessary, initiate an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue.
