What is ENDU's refund policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed within 24 hours. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, so you receive your order at a time that suits you best.

Netherlands: Delivery the day after your order has been processed
Belgium: 1-2 working days
