You can easily return your order via our return page

If your order has not yet been shipped (no Track & Trace available), we may still be able to update your address.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the address anymore.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed within 24 hours. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, so you receive your order at a time that suits you best.

Netherlands: Delivery the day after your order has been processed
Belgium: 1-2 working days

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow the shipment.
