Once your return shipment has been sent, we wait until it arrives at our warehouse.

After receiving your return shipment, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track when your package has arrived via your track & trace — the processing time starts from that moment.

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed within 24 hours. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, so you receive your order at a time that suits you best.

Netherlands: Delivery the day after your order has been processed
Belgium: 1-2 working days
