Can I change my order to a different color/item?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes are usually no longer possible once the order has been placed.
However, if no Track & Trace is available yet when you check your order, you can contact us by email with your order number and the desired changes (color/item). We will do our best to assist you before shipping.
If the order has already been shipped or handed over to the courier, changes are no longer possible. You can return the item and place a new order. In some cases, we may consider an exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.
