How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed in our system. If you see that no Track & Trace is available yet, cancellation may still be possible — please contact us as soon as possible so we can check this for you.
However, if a Track & Trace has already been generated, it means the package has been shipped or handed over to the courier, and cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can proceed with a return/exchange once you have received the package.
