My order is delayed, what should I do?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email to follow your shipment.
Sometimes there can be delays with the courier, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
If your tracking has not been updated for several days, we kindly ask for your patience. However, if the delay continues, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the courier.
