If you contact us shortly after placing your order, we may be able to help you adjust the order and you can pay us manually.

However, once your order has been processed and tracking information has been provided, we can no longer make changes due to the speed of our processing. In that case, we recommend placing a new order.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed within 24 hours. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, so you receive your order at a time that suits you best.

Netherlands: Delivery the day after your order has been processed
Belgium: 1-2 working days
