Can I exchange my order for a different item?
- We usually do not offer direct exchanges for other items. However, depending on the case, we may consider this if the item meets our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
- You need to send the package back to us first. Once the return shipment is on its way or received, we can review your request and prepare a replacement shipment.
- Let us know which item, size, and color you prefer so we can assist you further. Otherwise, you can return the item and place a new order.
