How can I return my package if the 14-day return period has expired?

Unfortunately, returns outside the 14-day return period are generally not accepted.

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our customer service. Make sure the item still meets our return conditions:

Unworn and unwashed
With all original labels attached
In original condition

Please also include proof (such as photos of the item with labels and its condition) so we can properly evaluate your request.
