Is it possible to exchange if my order is outside the 14-day return period?

Unfortunately, exchange requests made after the 14-day return period are generally not accepted.

If you believe there are special circumstances, please contact our customer service. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis, provided the item still meets our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, and with attached tags).

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed within 24 hours. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, so you receive your order at a time that suits you best.

Netherlands: Delivery the day after your order has been processed
Belgium: 1-2 working days

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow the shipment.
